THIS MORNING, I BAKED A SWISS ROLL CAKE USING THE RECIPE FROM HAPPY HOME BAKING'S STRAWBERRY SWISS ROLL WHICH SHE USE HER SPONGE CAKE RECIPE. IT TURN OUT VERY BAD. I THINK I BAKED IT TOO LONG.
THE CAKE IS TOO HARD AND CANNOT BE ROLLED UP. IT BREAKS.
LUCKILY, I STILL HAVE EXTRA INGREDIENTS TO BAKE ANOTHER SWISS ROLL CAKE. I TRY ANOTHER RECIPE FROM THE VIEWFINDER OF MR AND MRS KWOK. HER SWISS ROLL CAKE LOOKS VERY SOFT AND I DECIDE TO USE HER RECIPE INSTEAD. I'M REALLY HAPPY THAT IT TURNED OUT REALLY SOFT AND EASY TO ROLL.
