POPIAH DISH



MY SISTER IN-LAW BOUGHT MORE THAN 1KG OF POPIAH SKIN FOR OUR POPIAH FEST. BUT THE LEFT OVER WAS REALLY A LOT. AFTER EATING POPIAH FOR THE ENTIRE DAY, THE SKIN WAS USED FOR THIS SIMPLE DISH.

I TREAT THE SKIN LIKE THE PRATA. I HEAT FOR THE NON FRYING PAN, ADD A LITTLE OIL AND PUT THE SKIN IN. I BEAT THE EGG AND POUR IT ON TOP OF THE SKIN, THEN I ADD CHOPPED HOTDOGS AND SPRING ONION. THEN I FOLD THE SIDES OF THE SKIN TO THE CENTER, DISH OUT AND SERVED.

IF YOU REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE LEFT OVER POPIAH SKIN, TRY THIS. IT'S REALLY NICE AFTER THE FRYING AS IT'S VERY CRISPY.
